At Zenfoa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within [7 days] of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original condition (where applicable)

Due to the nature of dropshipping / print-on-demand, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference unless the product is defective.


Return Timeframe

To initiate a return, please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your order at zenfoa97@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with proper proof.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit (as applicable)


Refund Process & Timing

Once your return or issue is approved, refunds will be processed within [refund processing time].

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

  • Bank transfer / UPI / store credit (for COD orders)

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Exchange Options

Exchanges are offered only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are subject to product availability.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or print-on-demand products

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or digital products


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are:

  • Covered by Zenfoa for damaged or defective products

  • The responsibility of the customer for any other approved returns

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
