Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is provided as a convenience to our customers and is subject to availability based on location, order value, and internal verification checks.

Zenfoa reserves the right to accept or reject COD orders at its discretion. COD orders may require confirmation via phone call, SMS, or email before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled without prior notice.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders without valid reason may lead to restriction or permanent removal of the COD payment option for the customer.


COD Order Refusal & Non-Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order at the time of delivery, Zenfoa reserves the right to:

  • Recover shipping and logistics costs incurred
  • Restrict COD availability for future orders
  • Cancel any pending or future orders

Shipping charges for refused COD orders are non-refundable.


Refunds for COD Orders

For COD orders, refunds (if applicable as per our Return & Refund Policy) will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit only.

Refunds will be initiated within {7-10 business Days} after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.


Dropshipping Disclaimer

Zenfoa operates using a dropshipping and third-party fulfillment model for certain products. This means products may be shipped directly from our supplier or warehouse partners.

As a result:

  • Packaging may vary depending on the supplier
  • Products may arrive in separate shipments if ordered together
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly from standard estimates

We ensure that all suppliers are carefully selected and meet our quality standards. However, Zenfoa does not manufacture the products and is not responsible for minor variations in packaging or branding.


Delivery Timelines & Delays

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing time, logistics constraints, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Zenfoa shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Product Availability

In rare cases, products may become unavailable after an order is placed due to supplier stock limitations. If this occurs, customers will be notified and offered a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.


Limitation of Responsibility (Dropshipping Orders)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenfoa shall not be liable for:
